Most requested
Granite Crystallization Polishing
Lifts dullness, fine scratches and stains, then locks the shine in with crystallization. Our finishing standard is ≥90 GU.
-
Marble & Soft Stone Polishing
Stone softer than granite needs a different hand: staged honing, polishing, then a stain-resistant surface sealer.
-
Levelling & Grout Epoxy
Levels uneven floors and height differences between tiles (lippage), then fills the grout lines with colour-matched epoxy.
-
Scheduled Maintenance Contract
A regular schedule for villas, hotels and offices that keeps floors above 85 GU all year round.
Terminology
The two terms people mix up most
Polishing flattens the surface and brings out the shine. Crystallization locks that shine in so it lasts. On marble, both are done in sequence within the same job.
-
Stages 1-4
Marble polishing
Grinding the surface with machines and a graded run of pads to lift dullness, scratches, stains and height differences between tiles. The result is a flat floor with an even shine.
-
Stage 5
Marble crystallization
The step after polishing. A chemical compound is worked in by machine until it reacts with the marble surface, locking the shine to a glass-hard finish that resists stains and fine scratches.
Process
From grit 50 to mirror clear
Eight diamond pads run in order: 50, 100, 300, 500, 800, 1000, 2000, 3000, with none skipped. Running the full sequence is what makes the shine last, rather than look good for a week.
- #50 · #100
Grinding
Flattens the surface and removes deep scratches and cement residue.
- #300 · #500
Honing
Smooths out the grinding marks; the stone’s real colour starts to show.
- #800 · #1000
Semi-polish
The surface turns slick and a faint shine begins to form.
- #2000 · #3000
Polishing
A sharp, even shine across the whole floor.
- CRYSTAL
Crystallization
Compound locks the shine in and seals the pores. Checked with a gloss meter: target ≥90 GU.

FAQ
The questions we get most
Not finding your answer? Message us. A person replies, not a bot.
Which types of stone can be polished?
Every kind of natural stone: granite, marble, terrazzo, palimanan limestone and andesite. Hard stone such as granite and andesite we crystallize to a mirror shine; softer stone such as palimanan is finished to suit its character and then sealed.
How much does granite floor polishing cost per square metre?
It depends on the starting condition and the size of the area. The larger the area, the lower the rate per square metre. Send photos of the floor over WhatsApp and we will come back with a quote the same day. The site visit is free and carries no obligation.
How long does the work take?
One crew averages 40 to 60 m² per day. The room can be used as soon as the surface is dry, because nothing harsh is left behind that has to sit overnight.
Does the furniture have to be moved out first?
Not all of it. Our crew helps shift lighter furniture in stages and protects the areas that are not being polished.
What is the difference between polishing and crystallization?
Polishing lifts the shine at the surface, while crystallization binds the shine into the pores of the stone so it is harder and lasts 1 to 2 years with normal care. On granite we always finish with crystallization.
