- photos or video of the floor’s condition;
- the site address, for the visit and the work itself.
What it is used for
- preparing a quote and scheduling a site visit;
- staying in touch while the work is under way;
- guarantee records, so a claim is easy for us to process.
We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not share it except where the law requires it.
Photos of completed work
We may show before and after photos as portfolio work on this site, without naming the owner, the address, or any identifying detail. If you would rather we did not use your photos, tell us during the job or at any point afterwards and we will take them down.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and performance. When you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies as well.
Storage
Conversation history and photos are held in our business accounts and are only accessed by the team handling your job.
Your rights
You can ask us to show or delete your data at any time through the contact details provided. We process deletion requests as quickly as we can, apart from data we still need for a running guarantee.
